Help identify snare stand and throne.

Hello.

I came across a drum set that came with a bunch of hardware, cymbals, etc... some vintage and some not. In this set was this snare stand and throne. Just wondering if this is anything vintage and/or valuable.

I appreciate it if you can steer me in the right direction. Thank you.

The snare stand says “MADE IN GERMANY”
