Hi John,

Looks like the type of drum built for kids a la Ludwig's "Juvenile Parade Drum" from the 1930s. Check out the drum pictured at bottom right here:

Conn owned both Leedy and Ludwig & Ludwig at the time so this may well be exactly the same drum as yours, only with a different badge.

There doesn't tend to be much interest from collectors in this sort of thing. Ballpark value would be maybe $100.

Wow, Lee! Cool find, that drawing definitely looks like this drum. And I was thinking the same thing, Lucky, though the drum just look so fresh and unplayed, I was afraid to start banging on it in case it was a museum piece. ;) Maybe I'll have to take it out on a May Day parade!
