First, that is a beautiful kit in what appears to be excellent condition. You should be able to get a very good price for it. It is hard to give the sizes from a picture but if you have access to the drums then that would be easiest.

Here is a link to a very good step by step process of how to measure the drums on Vintage Drum Guide:

Good Luck

Hi Toby!

First, very sorry about the loss of your brother.

Yes, the sizes do appear to be 9x13, 16x16 and 14x22. The matching snare drum, though not shown, is probably 5x14. The WMP wrap is always in demand. Your kit looks in phenomenal condition and the sizes are all desirable.

Seriously, if available in the US, I can see this kit easily going for upwards of $2000. Condition is everything and this kit looks fantastic. Best of luck to you.

Agree, 22, 16, 13. Ten lug bass drum so not 20", and the toms stacked appear in relation to the bass to be 16 and 13. Gorgeous kit!

Toby,

It's a tough call as to how you should sell them. If it's only about getting as much money as possible, then, yes, sell the 22/16/13 as one lot and the snare as another. Rogers hardware from the Ohio era can sell for quite a bit, especially when they're in fine condition. Cymbals are a personal thing and many drummers may pass on them.

Now, if it's more about honoring your brother and keeping the kit together, I would offer all 4 drums with all hardware. Cymbals can be sold separately. I always love seeing vintage kits being offered with the original hardware, especially when everything is in such fantastic condition.

Sounds like you've got a lot to deal with. Also, your time may be limited to deal with selling everything in lots. Just do what you feel would be best for you.
