Since its from 83 and is a power depth, I'm really hoping its Cherry Wine (which will match the rest of my kit). Now that I won the auction I am getting psyched out. Could the poor lighting have misled me? If so, Its for sale! Thanks

Cherry Wine and Super Mahogany are close,but S.M.has less red in it.That looks like Cherry Wine to me.

It's cherry wine,but that color had a bit of variation through its use.I have a cherry wine 13"and 10" tom that don't nearly match.Both are factory finish.The 13 is a deeper red like the one in the auction,but the 10 looks more like the red lacquer finish Yamaha used on their RC series.The super mahogany drums all seem to match pretty well though.There's also a lot of variation in the aquamarine lacquer finish.Some drums are a medium blue,while others are a lighter green.
