Poppy, those kits say Pacific, but they are built by whoever they contract with. It's Pacific's (PDP actually) lowest entry level kits.

I have a set like that at the moment that I'm 'fixing'. Hold on for an hour or so and I'll measure the hole spacing and send a pix of the lug.

Okay, never mind...

This isn't what you're looking for, I'm pretty sure. While this kit was labeled PDP (black metallic stickers on the wrap) who knows what it is. It was a ten dollar yard sale kit with the wrap off about half the drums.

The spacing on the lugs is 3/4 inch. The kit is pure poop.
