That's certainly not Drumcraft. Those look Euro. Only time I've seen those rods is on any European drums I've had or worked on. But positively non american. - At least as far as I know -

My question is answered in another forum - This Lefima (DDR) .Very rare and few survived such barabanov.Eto more set lag from the snare.
