Hello there,

I am Pollux from Paris France.

Really happy to join your community.

I have been a Vintage drums fan for 4-5 years and own two sets :

- Ludwig 20 12 16 silver sparkle from 69 (B/O badges) - 3 plys+reinforcement rings, clear interiors.

- Sonor 20 13 16 teardrop set with red wine wrap - 6 plys beech

Snares :

- Lud Supraphonic 14*5 from 1976

- Lud Classic maple 14*6.5 (no vintage)

- A fake Slingerland (I guess a Pearl copy from the 60s... first drums stuff I bought on ebay... I did not know a lot about Slingerland and did not notice weird things on picture before buying it...). blue oyster. looks very good, and sounds quite good but I would say its vocabulary is limited...

I intend to buy a Lud Pioneer snare in the next 2-3 months.

If anybody has questions on the Sonor Teardrop frop the 60s, I quite know well them and can only say they are gorgeous drums that sound awsome !

See ya,

Pollux

French vintage drums fan
