Hello guys..!!!

Loading...

Hi guys who are they? I'm from Paraguay, is the first time I participate in this forum and so I apologize because my English is not very good. I'm a drummer and a big fan of vintage, my teacher has two vintage drum sets, which we have no idea of the year of manufacture of each set.

The first set is a Rogers with the big "R" and with 10 pieces, the set has a natural maple termination including snare, its serial number is RD 978 909.

The second set is a Slingerland with 7-piece, the set has a sparkling silver pearl termination and serial number is 352 982.

From now appreciate any collaboration with the information to identify the year of manufacture of each set.

Soon I'll be uploading photos of the two sets

Greetings to all Cool1

Welcome to the forum, look forward to seeing pics of the kits.If the Big R badges say U.S.A on them they are u.s.a. made drums, photogaphs of the inside of the shells, badges and mounting hardware will be helpful,as the shell construction changed quite a bit from the 60's through the 80's especially with Slingerland.By the way,are there a lot of american drums in Paraguay?

in the epoch of 60 to 90 were introduced in Paraguay very many American instruments, drum sets Rogers, Slingerland, Yamaha, high-quality instruments, but few drum sets in good condition that are still here, and I can say with great certainty that the drum sets are unique to my teacher here in Paraguay because they are in excellent condition ..!!! shortly be going to my teacher's house to take pictures because I have classes in college and I can not go for that at this moment.

Greetings everyone,

I hope to meet everyone and make friends so that at some point who knows to go and meet them and invite them to come to Paraguay.Cool1Clapping Happy2
