I have a 5 pc slingerland/jazz open concert kit(this is what I was told!)

I did a little research about the history of slingerland.

my Q is, what year did the ballsocket system come into production?

I have an 18 " kick which I thought could be rare?

the ludwig hardware including the snare are possibly late 60's

so are the cymbals(zildjian)

I will send you photos as soon as I can they have been in storage for 5 years.
