Anyone have enough lugs and rods to complete a 16 and a 22"bass drum?. I need spurs as well?. I'm likely going to have to re drill, but these are 6 ply Sonor drop shells that are stripped down to the skin, so anything to put this kit back to life would help..

There are a lot of postings for Sonor Lugs and the rods on ebay if your trying to keep the build project true to the shell.
Some are a bit pricey, for example here is one with the full set of 16 bass lugs, claws and rods for $120 or best offer
