They're probably both nice but I've always bought SKB. Lifetime warranty is nice too.

I have a ton of both of them. But I like the SKB Cases the best, there warranty is top notch.
I like the SKB cases due to staving feature and the fabric covered foam lining. I am sure H&B cases are nice as well but I only have experience with SKB.
l Will be on the hunt for an assortment of used cases after the holidays.
Take a look at the Stagg ones.
They are very nice roto molded and have carried our back line DW collectors in fine style for years.
Probly the best price of any as well.
I saw a friend of mine carrying a Stagg banjo case and asked him if Stagg made nice banjos. His reply was they make nice cases.
I have a mishmash of cases but I really like the Gator hard cases.

I use Nomad fibre cases for my drums...I`ve always had good luck with them...They are Canadian made and are economically priced...I get them right from the factory which is located not far from Salty`s (Brian) area of residence...
