Happy John Bonham Day!

Loading...

Today would have been John Bonham's 70th birthday. In my opinion he's still the greatest rock drummer of all time. I was born 8 years after he died but not a day has gone by in the past 15+ years that I don't try to learn something new about his drumming and incredible musicianship.

Terry Keating and George Fludas are doing an amazing job of keeping his spirit alive with their YouTube channels. If you haven't given them a watch yet, I suggest you check them out.

Happy Bonzo Day!

Here's a link to a guy that does great stuff, performing with a Zeppelin tribute band. He also does some Doors stuff too.

Also, he plays on some very nice vintage drums to include a '67 Mod Orange Downbeat kit for the Doors tunes.
