My dealings with GC have all been really nice and I think their customer service is stellar...They recently shipped an L.A. era 6.5x14" Camco snare drum with an after market strainer on it to the GC by my home here in Nor-Cal so I could look at it in person. Now that's what I call service...But then again I've bought numerous used drums and cymbals from them over the last few years.
