Here are the pics of the mount. I tried to get some that show the actual condition. I thought it was in better shape. From a couple feet away, it's not bad.

How's the condition of the hoops and lugs? It might fit in, if they also have imperfections. It's your call, if you still want to purchase. I'll understand, if you decide to pass.
