Very good drums. I have a "bop" sized set of these. If you don't like the white shield thingy it can be peeled off and you'd have all black drums.

K.O-- Really great drums for Taiwanese production.. I wouldn't peel off the "chevron" (proper name for this piece);) because i think it gives it a unique look aesthetically speaking and is all original..But i just realized that it's a 22x18 kick, which isn't convenient for a busy gigging drummer like myself :) But i did try a kit out one time and they sound great !

I did peel the Chevrons on mine (not overly concerned on the originality of imported drums that I'm never likely to sell). They are great drums and this is one of my main sets to gig with. I bought it brand new for $700 when they were being blown out by Gretsch. The nice thing about the bop configuration is it had a standard depth bass drum. The 18x22 would be a turn off for me as well...but you could have it cut down.

Nice kit ! But i just bought my vintage Pearl Presidents , and that should hold me until the next "great deal " or find to come along. :)
