Look for Lang percussion. Artie Langs company was making these stylecdrums fairly recently. You could also contact Steve Maxwell or Good Hands drum shop.

What's wrong with it? Sripped thread? rounded off nut? Maybe the drum key is worn. That looks more worn than the lugnut.
