I feel stupid asking this but I`m not connecting with the HH.

I don`t know why I can`t get it but if anyone can hook me up with a you tube or script ( I can`t read the script but my sister can) of the correct HH routine for the song GREASE I would really appreachiate it. It`s pretty simple to start but it seems to change about mid song and I can`t nail it !!

It`s not very important but I`ll need it in a few months and I wanna nail it sooner than later !!
