Gracy snare drum

This little guy showed up yesterday -- Gracy 5.5x14 snare.

Cool Gretsch-copy lugs, Slingerland sticksaver-style hoops (approaching an S-hoop edge), Premier-style throwoff.

Anyone know if it's 1960s, or 1970s?

I have the same snare with a matching kit in BDP. Because of the 3-ply shell, I was always inclined to say late 60's but that could be wrong.
