Was thinking it might be a thicker one...so nice surprise when it was a very nice sounding Splash......313g!.....
Got this yesterday .....A.Zil.....12" Splash...old!
$11.50 price tag on it...in grease pen......written twice..you can barely see the second one...have to really look............that one is more in the middle of the cymbal........!
They REALLY wanted to make sure they got the $0.50..as they underlined it both times also.....Well,when the average wage was $0.30-0.43 an hour ($?)..that was almost a whole hrs pay!
I'd pay $11.50 for that no questions asked. Nice find Blair.
I've got a same stamp 11" at 320 grams. A true gem of a cymbal as I'm sure yours is Blair. Amazing that these survived with the age and super light weight.

Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp
once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
