I got these in a few days ago set of Rodeo drums in the set is 2 four piece sets made into one.
The has 2 20" bass drums,2 13" mounted Tom's,2 16" floor Tom's and a matching snare.
Set needs work IAM thinking of making one good 4piece set out of it.
Thoughts on that.

Making 1 good 4 piece kit makes a lot of sense to me. Add a decent set of heads and you've got a complete matching kit without having to scrounge any more hardware. Add all the left overs for your spare parts pile.

Those should have been made by Pearl. I had a partial set that was found on the side of the road. Those slingerland style hoops should be super thin. The tension rods on the toms and snare should be smaller than standard tension rods. The T rods are 1/4-20 or whatever the metric equivalent is. I still have the bass drum and it has wood hoops as well. Mine were missing the badges so I don't know what brand they were sold as but all the details match yours exactly.
Aw, keep both bass drums. I still love dual kicks.
Based on the style of tom holder, I would think this might be Hoshino. I've got an early 60's Crown with the same holder and it's Hoshino. All the MIJ manufactures were using Slingerland-style lugs early on.

Most of the Slingerland type lugs were different. From what I have researched, and drums that I have owned, the Pearl Slingerland style lugs looked the most like Slingerland lugs. The small tom lugs and the double ended snare lugs were almost an exact copy on Star and Pearl. There was a bigger difference in the bass drum lugs. My bass drum has lugs exactly like the OP's drums. They are close but not exact. The are bigger and Slingerlands lugs. Most Star bass drums have lugs that echo Slingerland but are different from the real thing and from Pearl's bass drum lugs.
Hoshino's lugs were very different. They had some that looked a lot like the old Slingerland streamlined lug.
They all had their own non Slingerland lugs as well.
Pearl tended to use a Slingerland stick saver type hoop, at least early on. Star always used triple flange hoops as did Hoshino.
The Bass drum tom mount was a two screw die cast diamond plate whereas Star had a four screw die cast diamond plate.
I am of the belief that all of the companies bought some parts from each other so there is some overlap on some details.
I could be wrong. I am not an expert and have not owned a lot of the MIJ stencil drums but I have researched as many pictures online trying to ID the drum I have and the matching snare and tom that I no longer have. and feel confident that Pearl made the OP's drums. My bass drum has the exact same details as his. The cymbal arm mount is pretty distinctive as is the offset badge placement. The cymbal arm mount denotes an earlier drum as later Star copied Ludwig's classic mount and Pearl came up with their own die cast floor tom/cymbal arm mount.

IAM planning to make a Buddy Rich set out of the drum bass is 20" mounted Tom 13" and two 16" floor Tom's with matching snare.
IAM going to rob the other bass drum for the T-rods claws and L cymbal mount. To add to the other bass drum.
