While the rest are being so nice Jeff, I'll be honest. I'm jealous. :)

I sold all but one set last year. I kept reading posts about guys on burnout trying to pack them to send them off. I thought, 67 years is late enough to get started. Unfortunately, I finished too.

All kidding aside, I am glad to hear you can keep your drums. As to the packing material, I get it. I used to stockpile it, but eventually got rid of it all then needed some more.

Jeff, maybe it's just the shelf that's made in China :) Strange world...

You're right about not freezing tenderloin or other cuts, plus if it's just you there's no need anyway. I guess I was pretty excited about filet mignon the other night lol, it's all good. Definitely worth a try though. I've had it where you don't even really need the knife!
