Anyone here have a Ludwig Gold Coast set? I was looking at the 1967 catalog page and it was cool. Someone at ludwig was thinking about rehearsing and sitting in for someone else in a pinch. I would love one of those classic Jazzette sets too. Did Ludwig make the traditional bop sized drums in wrapped finishes or were they strictly wood finishes? Too cool.

Now thats one set i don't have.I do know they all made then Rogers,Slingerland,Leedy, ete in the 60's..I have not seen many of these sets around i can only think of 5 that i have seen.2 were Ludwigs,2 Slingerland,1 Rogers sets...Mikey

If i recall right the snare stand attachment on the bass drum was a Ludwig "Standard" tom mount plate...Mikey
