If it's totally complete including genuine damper and slotted tension screws: I'd say more than EUR 150 (up to 250).

That's close to the upper end ...
I'd go for it only if I have the matching 60s 'blue shimmer' drumset around it and just need this snare drum to complete it. :2Cents:
