Ok guys....one last try on selling this snare......mid 60's Round Badge Grestch snare 6-lug cast hoop Dixieland model which has been semi-restored. Original black lacquer finish has been touched up in spots where it was chiped, a new muffler was installed and a new drumkey holder with key was fitted as well. New snare head and recent batter head. 20 wire generic snare wires are fitted and there are extra holes under teh throw off. It appears to have had a few throw offs fitted over the years after the original one.

What don't you like about it and what trades would you be looking for? Is it a six lugger? And if you were looking for cash???

Bought it back from the friend I sold it to. (he's having money troubles, but then again who isn't these days?) And have since restored it, wrapping it in white satin flame from Precision, and fitted a new Gibraltar throw-off in leau of an original Gretsch Renown strainer. I figure Gretsch uses them on their non-USA custom drums, so its kind of OEM. Now has a Skyntone batter head and Puresound 30 strand Metrix wires on it.

I am looking to sell it again, since I have just purchased one of the NEW Leedy Broadway snare drums to go with the rest of my Leedys.

Please keep in mind, that there are a few new parts fitted and it is not all original, but is a fine looking and sounding players drum. I only wrapped over the extra holes in the shell for the multiple throw off fitments (not by me) and did not fill them. No new holes were drilled to fit the Gibraltar throw off. Also keep in mind the labor I have put in....what I'm getting at is the asking price is now higher because of this than what was asked in the original post.

Asking $325, plus shipping. Price is firm as this is the total I have into it now, and I'm not even figuring in what I should charge for the labor for the work done.

PM me if interested. More pics available upon request.
