I never understood what the deal with the two mics was... some sort of doubling routine?
I just learned this song about 6 months ago. People go nuts when you play it at gigs - it's a really great tune. His singing is so good it's nuts. Every line he does is cool, he never just throws away a lick. he's got this cool way of rushing the end of a phrase which I've copied and you can do on any instrument. Hard to explain but it's been a big effect on me in this last while.
