once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Larry, if there's any Motown, Aretha, Little Stevie Wonder, etc. or, James Brown, Wilson Pickett, or, the Ronettes, Shangrila's, 'any -girl groups- of the 50's' or anything really from Phil Spector. I'll pay all shipping costs.

Certainly you don't mean; 'The' Gorns, late of the Dingle in Liverpool? Well here's a 'cool photo' of Harrison and Starr jamming with the Gorns!

It was well-known that the Gorn brothers would often enjoy playing the popular English game, 'Slap and Tickle' on Friday nights with the Beatles when neither band had a gig booked. Sad story about Barry Gorn though. What a loss to the seasonal campers at, Lord Pilfingtons Summer Retreat For Pale Young Boys. A remote place where Barry would entertain and do regular sleep-overs every year during 'open season'. Barry Gorn, one of the greats! No disrespect meant towards his twin brother, Larry, also a monumental talent. Larry won the 'Miss Liverpool Bikini Competition' (MLBC crown,) three times in a row! A record accomplishment that has yet to be matched or broken by any man in England. Just as a "Whatever happend to," kind of tidbit; in the late 70's both Gorn brothers were spit out of the bottom of the German p-o-r-n industry. Again, so sad about Barry. Even though he died of AIDS, his publicist insisted that his death was caused by Botulism. You know, 'bad meat in the can!'

Larry - pm sent brother. Thank you. (Look for Martha and the Vandellas while you're in there!) Thank you again.

John

PS - To my friends who may be wondering why I created that photo and wrote that blurb... Yes, I have way too much time on my hands! lol
