Super classy LA Camco from the mid 70’s in a brand new high-gloss black Delmar rewrap.
22/12/16 all in North American Hardrock Maple, 6 ply with re-rings.

These are amazing drums, LA Camco are possibly the finest American drums ever produced. Not to mention pretty rare and collectible.
Bass drum
14” by 22”, within 1/16” of perfect round, which is actually pretty much perfect round by any standard. Nice and clean bearing edges. The drum once had a Pearl tom mount installed, the tom mount holes have been patched and the drum has been re-wrapped virgin with the highest quality wrap on the market: Delmar. There is a small white line on the top of the drum, drummer side, a flaw in the wrap material, and another one somewhere less conspicuous. Otherwise entirely impeccable wrap. The original spurs are installed at a bit of an outward angle compared to the regular position, this is how the drum was made at the factory, it must have been made that way at the request of the buyer. One of the hoop is an original that has been converted to no-inlay, the other is a maple reproduction. 3 of the bass drum claws, and 2 t-rods, are proper reproductions, the rest are original. The chrome is in pretty good shape, some scratches and minor oxidization, but over all quite shiny. I’ve tried to show the worst lugs in the photos. Some others are really quite clean. The drum comes with new Remo Coated Ambassador heads, including a logofied “Camco” front head.
Rack tom
8” by 12”, within 1/16” of perfect round with nice and clean bearing edges. The rack tom’s mount hole has also been patched and the drum has been re-wrapped virgin. I believe one of the hoop is original, the other is not, but Camco hoops are very generic and hard to tell from other generic hoops, so it all looks good together. Mix of original and replacement tension rods. Impeccable new shiny Delmar wrap. The chrome is in pretty good shape, some scratches and minor oxidization, but over all quite shiny. I’ve tried to show the worst lugs in the photos. The drum is factory-drilled for a tone control / muffler, but the tone control is missing. Those holes have not been patched but have been wrapped over. This allows for a tone control to easily be added later if desired. The drum comes with optional DW rim mount (incl. in price), and Remo Coated Ambassador heads top and bottom.
Floor tom
16” by 16”, within 1/16” of perfect round with nice and clean bearing edges. The bottom lugs had been replaced and the mounting holes slightly enlarged, but the holes have since been patched back to regular size, and proper Camco/DW lugs have been fitted. There is 1 tiny white dot on the drum, another flaw in the wrap material, hardly noticeable, otherwise impeccable new Delmar wrap. The chrome is in pretty good shape, some scratches and minor oxidization, but over all quite shiny. I’ve tried to show the worst lugs in the photos. The drum is factory-drilled for a tone control / muffler, but the tone control is missing. Those holes have not been patched but have been wrapped over. This allows for a tone control to easily be added later if desired.
