For sale is a really nice Vintage 1970s Ludwig Downbeat 12/14/20 in Champagne Sparkle in great players condition. All three ply shells in great condition and in-round with factory edges. The 12 and 20 shells have the sixties painted white interior, while the 14 is the seventies clear maple interior - this is the way they came to me. No date stamps present. The wrap is original, tight and glossy with minimal fade. Some very minor scuffs. Chrome hardware has minor oxidation and wear. Bass drum has two extra holes on top from someone moving the rail to center at some point. Could use some new heads of your choice. 12 serial of 1508841, 14 serial of 822165, 20 serial of 1508837. Overall a beautiful downbeat set ready to get to work!
