I've had this pair of 14's for 5-6 years. These are the desirable late 70's Avedis Zildjian Hollow Ink models. These cymbals sound great and are in very nice condition. They came to me as a set of hats and that is what I have used them for as well. But the top is actually ink stamped as a "THIN CRASH" and is 779 grams. 14" Thin Crashes in this lineup can be hard to find. The bottom cymbal is 977 grams. Just a little closer in grams to each other as compared to New Beats. So this is a very versatile pair to be used as hats or crashes. The Thin Crash has one small edge ding/flea bite that I cannot "yet" get to photograph properly. Both cymbals have a previous owner's last name in the underside of the bells. I have not polished these in any way. Hate to seem them go but need to round up a few bucks. Please pm me here or email to mikelayton@bellsouth.net if you have any questions. Thanks!
I'm not versed at sound files but did record them earlier today..
