SOLD!

For sale is a Vintage 1971 Ludwig 5x14 Acrolite Snare in pretty clean players condition. Minor oxidation and scuffs here and there, but overall a nice drum. Shell is in round, tunes up very well and features the standard 8 bowtie lugs. Chrome over steel hoops. Original label inside with date stamp of SEP 23 1971. Blue and olive badge with serial 905673. An absolute staple snare in any collection!

Yes. They are not shown in the catalogs but were special ordered. The NYC School system used these.
