For sale is a cool Vintage 1961 Ludwig 12x20 Hobby Bass Drum in Mahogany in good players shape. Shell is in good condition and in-round with original factory edges. Some ply separation at edges near scarf joint as shown. Mahogany finish is decent but has it's fair share of scuffs and dings as shown. Nickel hardware is in good shape. Smeared date stamp of what I believe is JUL 18 1961 - but hard to make out. Has original Playon plastic heads and pre-serial keystone badge. Overall a cool bass drum with tons of mojo!
