For Sale: Ludwig Sky Blue Pearl drums

I bought these as orphan shells a few years ago. Found a couple more that matched my other drums better, so off to a new home for these. The bass drum is a 14"x20" 8 lug Club Date shell. The ride tom is a 8"x12" 6 lug Club date shell. I do not have a floor tom shell to go with these. These are the same 3 ply shells that Ludwig used on the Classics. These are most likely '69 drums. I see no date stamps inside. These are the clear interior maple shells that many drummers love. The wrap on these two matches nicely with each other with minimal fade! Even the serial numbers are close at 732669 on the 12 and 733665 on the 20. I see no date stamps inside. Other than the added center mount on the bass drum, there no extra holes, scratches, scuffs or any issues with the drums. I replaced an older center mount with a new one as shown, and it will come with the drums. A rail works fine even with the mount added. Edges look very nice. A couple of dings on the bass reso side that cause no problems. Heads fit nicely. These are great looking drums. Please feel free to pm me here or email to mikelayton@bellsouth.net if you have any questions. Thanks for checking them out!
