Unless there's something special about that drum, you're about 100-150 over average asking price. Most people here know drums pretty well, you're better off on Ebay with that asking price.
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

before I put a post in the forum I send several e mails to the experts incledes Mr. David Anfuso and other persons . I includes in the e mail all the inf of the drum and photos. I ask the value of the drum in this condition, looks like new, no rust in the market right now and all the answers includes Mr. Anfuso estimates the value of the drum in this range.
