This is a Ludwig 6.5x14 8 lug Black/White badge Steel snare drum. Features 8 large bowtie lugs. Not exactly sure when this model was made. It looks like new though! Chrome shell and all hardware look fantastic. Serial number is hard to read but looks like 904380. This is a welded seam shell and I would imagine an import shell. No date inside. The 8 lug shell sounds full and yet has a good snappy crack to it. Everything works well. No tone controls on these models. Snares are 20 strand steel. If you've been looking to add a steel shell model to your arsenal, this beauty may be the one for you. Heads look great. Has been completely detailed,tuned and ready to ship to you.
