This is a '69 Ludwig Deluxe Concert kit. The main element being the August 15 1969 date stamped 5x14 10 lug Supraphonic. Serial number is 745043. Included is the original red plush lined Contoura molded case, Ludwig Gladstone practice pad, like new Ludwig Micromatic snare drum stand and the original owner's First Division Band Method manual.

The Supra looks fantastic. Obviously this one spent most of its life tucked away in it's case. The drum is completely original including the 60's logo blue ink heads, 18 strand wires and original snare cords. There is no damage, scratches or dents. The hardware is stunning. There is one panel to the left of the strainer (shown in the pic) that has a few freckles. The blackface 12 hole P85 strainer is correct for this drum and period. It feels as if it was hardly ever used, tight and smooth. Large round knob felt muffler works great. One lug has a little wear on it from contact in the case, nothing major at all. Case has a couple of interior wear spots where the lugs rested as well. Nice to still be able to find gems like this. The drum looks and sounds great!
