I think the floor toms are Ludwig. Pretty doubtful they'd come up with a B/O badge to add to a drum. They bend up pretty easily. The muffler on the mounted tom isn't Ludwig, but toms are missing mufflers so often, I wouldn't be surprised to see whatever they could come up with added. Either way, looks like a fun set to play with some serious vintage mojo. Play on, brotha!

I also forgot to say I got an extra 15"x13" tom with sky blue pearl wrap.
The serial numbers of the 6" and 8" are:

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
I ordered a 6 8 10 14 15 16 concert toms to add to my Hollywood set my senior year in high school which was 74/75 and they were 3 ply, Granitone interior with rerings. I can't really remember if I got them in 74 or 75. But definitely no later than 75. Lost the Hollywood set and the 10 and 14 in a club fire but still have the 6 8 15 and 16. When I replaced the 10 and 14 in 81 they were 6 ply clear interiors with no rerings and large lugs. Those 6 and 8 still look correct to me. I will post a pic of mine when I get home.
74' sounds about right for those shells. As for the centralized vent hole... in the 50's/60's the vent and badge were in the middle of the drum. In the late 60's/early 70's, they moved the vent and badge up higher on the shell. It's not an impossibility that someone grabbed an old stock shell from the back of the storage rack and slapped the then current B/O badge on it. 60's shell with a 70's B/O badge... we're talking Ludwig right? Cataloging is not a science with that company. Doing stuff like that is 'typical' for them.
