Finally Got A 60's Acro Last viewed: 1 day ago

I know it aint that cool, but Ive been looking for one for quite some time at an affordable price. Picked up a nice 1967 today for $75. It rocks. Im stoked. Top hoop is unoriginal, but I don't really care that much. Heres a pic after light clean up. Couple scratches and stuff...but whatever. Its a player and it sounds killer.

Another Acro fan here...great score! I have a pre-serial '63 with factory-crimped snare beds...one of my favorites!

Yes well done, hope you enjoy it. I sold my '67 and I'd like another. I did get over $400 for it though. If I went to the USA tomorrow, I'd bring back a few Cool1

NICE!

Scored a 79' last week, traded a snare stand for it.

I had forgotten how sweet these little drums are.

Adam... the Acrolites are VERY COOL! A real workhorse drum perfect for many genres of music. $75 is an excellent price for a 60's Acrolite. I've got a handful of both the Acrolite and Standard Acrolite, all in stock condition. I'll be assembling a Blackcrolite shortly (Black Galaxy finish), complete with tube lugs and RCK strainer that uses a special adapter to make use of the existing P-85 strainer holes. Pictures will be posted.

Again, congrats on your 60's Acrolite!
