I have a mid 70's Fibes clear 16X16 tom and 22" bass that the seam has come unglued. Any way to reglue or otherwise repair?

Bill,

JB Weld may do the trick. You can also send them to starlite acrylic and they'll repair them for you. I'd actually call them first and see what they recommend for DIY.

The product you need is Weld-On. It's not a glue or adhesive. Rather, it is a compound bonding agent especially for acrylic. Here is how to do it, and yes I have done it exactly this way with great results:
