Fibes acrylic snare Last viewed: 8 hours ago

Hey guys, I have a Fibes Acrylic Snare drum, and I was hoping you could tell me more about it based on the picture. It doesn't seem to have a serial # anywhere or a date on it. It does however, sound totally awesome. It has 10 lugs.

Any details/insights/ballpark value thoughts would be appreciated!

P.S. sorry for the bad picture/setting!

If I remember correctly, your drum badge would be pre-1976. You have a nice drum there. Is it the onlly one or do you have other Fibes drums? As far as value who knows search ebay completed listings to get an idea. I just picked up a Fibes kit a few weeks ago and finding out they are kinda hard to come by. Your drum is nice and you should keep it forever!

Wow a nice and complete Fibes snare you have.Yes pre-76.These are hard to come by also in as good as condition are your snare. On a side note on the strainer don't make it to tight to pull the handle up alot of the time the handles will brake off and these strainers are hard to fine...I would say your snare would sell for 400.00+.But then on the other hand i would not sell it....Mikey
