I'm considering shipping some vintage English drum kits and snare drums over to the states (Premier, Olympic, John Grey, Broadway, Ajax, English Rogers etc).

Would you guys be interested and what kits / snare drums are you wanting so i can source some goodies.

a 5 piece Olympic kit sold for $200 the other day on C/L here,and a few weeks ago,a early 1970's 5 piece Premier with lugs top/bottom sold here for $150!

Great idea! I drool over sets on Ebay UK, but most sellers refuse to ship to the U.S. On my list: Ajax Nu-Sound in burgundy ripple, 60's Premier in jazz sizes please...

Mid-70s 22,12,13,16 B604 kit in natural wood finish. I prefer the African Mahogany inner plies, but I would go with the other build if it meant getting a nice wood finish. I would consider a B304 in a pinch.

I have been looking for 1968 Gold Sparkle Premier kit and would be interested in the purchase of that year kit. That was the first drums that I called my own. I believe 1968 Premier changed to standard measurement that year. Tom
