ebay gretsch set - worth it?

i found an ebay offer that fits what i am looking for.

(i dont care so much for originality - more for sound and playability)

AUCTION

it looks kinda alright to me only the sonor bd spurs and the removed dampers and tommount seem to be non original.

but i am surprised that there are no holes in the bassdrum from a removed mount... did gretsch sell bassdrums without tom-mounts in the 70ies

also what would be a reasonable price for such a kit?

Looks like a re-wrap to me...where someone decided they didn't like the internal mufflers after all and removed them.

Gretsch did sell their drums without tom mounts or bass drum spurs on request, because back then the hardware wasnt too contemporary! Stores in the UK used to routinely order odd drums to make up kits in the same colour. I have owned a nat maple kit evenly aged but with different era badges on diff drums!
