I emailed his band members the information, but not this link, in case they decide to come here and wreak havoc. BTW, if you forward this info,and the emails to his local sherriffs dept, I believe you can open a criminal case against him. They need to know what the scam he is running,out of thier town and county.

Forward this to ebay, and inform them you are forwarding it to his county's Sherriff as well.

Unless you are insanely wealthy, you will not beat EBAY in court for aiding criminal activities. They have the money, which buys the shark lawyers, which means you lose. Period.

I will repeat a run on sentence I posted a while back. Anybody of sound mind and body willing to send money to someone they have never met before hoping he is a good guy based off of what they have read on a computer bears all the burden when things head south. Now, I do allow for the relationships that develop on a forum like this where you are in communication with guys for months and years. You can probably offer more of a benefit of the doubt. There is a handful of guys I would send money too without even seeing the stuff if they told me it was what it was. A small handful which would even include a couple guys I have had heated arguements with. Ebay? No chance in hell. From what I have read over the past months, their rules are made to ensure that they make as much money as possible and people with problems come way second.

I still don't have the claws and Trods I have been wanting because I just am not going to forward cash hoping for the best. When it is meant to be, I will get those and put a reso head on it and see how she sounds. Until then, I will be richer in the wallet and that 20" kick still sounds pretty good as is...

Don't get it twisted. I do not support criminal behavior, low life thiefs or scumbag con men. This is why I have never bought anything from EBAY. The possibility of getting robbed is all too real on there and abstinence seems to be the smart play until EBAY offers better prophylactics to protect you from the diseased individuals.

There are stories of ebay scams about once a week on this site, for good reason. It is the modern day carnival, that doesn't require the train to get the crooks into your neighborhoods. Just say no.

I also have a great deal of inside infomation on them there walls are not that thick and tall as they would like you to belive .

Ive been around the block afew times and know S$%t from shinola

we see this all the time but like many great things latley they do fall in the direction of RIGHT no matter how large and powerful They DO FALL

trust me Ive got a thing or 2 or 3 or 4 on them they never expected anyone to figure out

but I did and It wont be more then a day in court to get them back to Square

Yep, he scammed me in June for a set of Gretsches...luckily I had Paypal and Amex to back me up, so I got a refund. But what a liar this guy is....when his scam was finally realized he swore he was just getting ready to ship the drums.... Beware guys!!

Hmm good to know.....If I come across any Rogers T-rods and claws in my travels I'll let you know....but right now the only extra parts I have are Ludwig, and I'm fresh out of claws and rods..... Cool1

I've not had the pleasure of dealing with this "bluedart", but it angers me anyway. Here's an offer: I'll hopefully be in UT for Bonneville Speed Week in Aug, but will pass thru by end of Oct regardless, so anyone who needs to ride and be dropped off ANYWHERE in the state to "personally TCB", you're more than welcome to ride along. No gas money needed, but gotta' find yer' own way home! I aint' comin' back till May.

BTW, I've had trouble with a guy on eBay from MI, goes by "birdcer21". False descriptions, late shipping & abusive emails. Don't think he's a scam artist, just a real idiot & jerk. Be careful if you deal with him.
