That badge ran from late 64 to late 69 after 69, they did away with the tacked strip under the badge and put a lick and stick strip that read,..Full Vibrating shell and put the made in germany on the big badge.

That double tom holder ran from late 68 to late 79 and would fit the earlier drums too !!

The only definate is the Fire Dance wrap, late 68 to 72, when the Champion series was officialy introduced, (lug change) and that configuration was not available pre 65 !! That configuration gave birth to the Champion series !!

Oh ya,...with those boat mounts,...I like to keep the center of gravity below the tom, wich puts the keys at the bottom as well. To me, those are upside down !!

Woops,..I just found two Big Beats with the strip under badge,.... Orphan,..your only definate is the wrap. I have not seen a kit with Fire dance before 69 !!

So I found the color in the 1966 German catalog on the sonormuseum site. As to the tom mount i actually got a different double mount and a single mount as well pretty unsure what is correct. the cymbal stands that were bought with it when it was new are old ludwig flat bottom. I will post some more pictures of the tom mounts later. Thank all of you for your insight the sonor thing seems a little hard to tell the exact dates for sure..
