Early 60's Ludwig COB 8 Lug Rim for Jazz Fest Snare

I have a sweet WMP Jazzfest that needs a new top hoop (original one has a crack in it). Anyone got one in nice shape for a good price? COB please!

sorry i have no hoop. but: how do you get a crack in a JF-hoop. really curious, 'cause i have a heavily bent Supersensitive bottom hoop (1966), and i wonder if Ludwig hoops were fawlty at some points...

I have no idea! This drum was stored for years in a un-heated or mildly heated studio space. I sort of figured that it was tensioned too tight one spring after a really cold spell the room heated up super quick this thing let loose.

I really have no idea though...maybe hoops from this era are known to fail?
