hi i was wondering if anyone knew anything about eagle brand drums. theres a tom for sale on ebay with a white oyster pear finish, the hardware is nice and beefy with a suspension system. overall it looks great but without knowing or being able to find out what type of wood the shell is makes me hesitant to buy it, cuz we all know just because a drum looks good doesn't mean it sounds good. anyone have any info or any idea abt it.

Interesting. The only eagles I've ever heard of are the native American drums and the eagle-badge Rogers. The bearing edge looks like maple, but I can't really tell from the photo. Is the interior coated/painted??

Could be a custom-made drum, from a local guy.
