if I was running marketing with this acquisition, I'd try to keep the brand as differentiated as possible, and stick to what everybody loves; thin shells, pretty and well made signature hardware, one-ply and exotic snares and old school classic finishes and wraps. I'd have no sharing of anything other than distribution and market it as a premium brand. 'The King Has Returned' or somesuch... gotta have a vintage vibe as DW proper has the modern vibe locked up solid.
