Helo vintage drums experts!

Can you please take a look on the drumkit on the picture? My first impression was that this is Pearl, but there is absolutely no badge or inscription on it (or even a trace after any other company badge)

picture description:

1 floor tom, leg mount

2 bass drum, lug

3 rack tom, mount

4 lug

5 tom's mounting on bass drum

6 rack tom, trace after some missing element (muffer?) close to batter drumhead

7 bass drum leg

Is it Pearl? if yes - what possible year?

if not - any sugestions ?

thanks in advance

cheers!

Looks like a 70's Pearl/Pearl stencil to me and a missing muffler. Gibraltar makes one with that triangular shape. Also looks like the bass drum tom mount was stripped out and has an unnessarily long threaded rod for replacement.

'70s or '80s Pearl with quite a few changed bolts and nuts. I would also say that it's on the lower end, judging by the metal kick drum hoop and some of the hardware. I don't think any of the other makers were knocking off Pearl bowtie lugs at that time.

Edit- Not as many changed bolts as I had thought. I looked over an old Pearl tom mount that I had lying around, and the bolts are correct. It probably came from the same line as what you have pictured.

Yeah- I'm THAT guy!!!
