Floor tom is a Leedy. It could be a Leedy & Ludwig but badge isn't visible and has two tone controls so I guess it to be an old Leedy. Bass drum is Premier. As for the drummer?

BD is a Premier, the white snare looks like an Olympic 6 lugger (piccolo/soprano snare), the FT (single flange?) looks like Leedy. Cymbal stand is a Premier flat base.
So it's a mix n match kit. Very common for the era.
