Hello! First post! I am the proud owner of a Rogers Holiday 22/12/16, Silver Sparkle, with a 6.5x14 WFL Snare, WMP. I play in an indie rock band.

I'm trying to figure out a great bass drum head combo and I found this link that has the kick drum sound that Im looking for. I can see the reso is a Remo, not sure what kind of Remo it is. Does anyone have an idea what this combination could be?

Also, Im considering coated Emperors batter & reso on my toms. Im thinking this will work well when it comes to placing mics of the toms. Any thoughts/suggestions??
