Does this Rogers part look correct....??

I need one of these for that little Tower kit I am working on.. I would like to know it this one appears to be correct...

I was going to chop a long bass drum spur and stick a threaded piece in the end to make a cymbal mount but I guess that would be ultra cheesy... of course this is just for me to enjoy..
